What does 'on location' filming mean?

Just like Hollywood, many shots are captured over the course of your special day.  Our team will typically arrive before the requested start time to survey the location(s) and begin setting up our equipment.  Filming time is from the time we being filming until the end of your event or time allotment has been met.

Will I receive all footage from my special day?

Because of the way we film, we are not able to provide all raw footage captured during the day of your event.  We are glad to work with you on incorporating the most important moments of your day and may be able to provide additional footage beyond what is captured in your highlight film.  Just ask!

Can I help pick the music for the video?

It depends.  As with most creative property, artists expect to be compensated for their hard work.  We source our music from various licensed sites to ensure copyright laws are not violated.  If you have a special request, please contact us for more information.

Why do you only offer two packages?

We like to keep things simple.  In the past we offered other options, but found that most couples decided to go with our Premier package for it's simplicity and value.  Others may charge $2,000 or more for the same package and only provide 1 videographer.  We believe your special day deserves the love and care we put into each and every film we create.  We can't wait to hear from you!

How far in advance should I book your services?

We are a small videography company and book a small number of weddings each year.  Our business grew from a passion of sharing our love for film with a few special couples each year.  Please contact us to see if we have your date available.

What do you require to secure my wedding date?

We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the selected package price at the time of signing your contract.  If additional services are later added, they can be paid along with the remaining balance within 24 hours of your event.
